As we peruse the internet superhighway, it seems that all we are seeing lately are Cease and Desist letters from one single origin. A competitor. Of course the right to protect one's copyright is just and proven a grave situation, but has it been transformed to a TOOL to deface one's competition? "Now play nice, boys and girls." Are extravagant advertising budgets or higher page ranking not enough that negative statements must be made about one's competition WITHOUT ANY ROOM FOR THEIR RESPONSE? Although helpful, one does NOT have to be a LICENSED USDOT PRACTITIONER to be a friendly voice on the other end of the line to a trucker who sometimes needs guidance from someone OTHER THAN e.g.WORLDCOM. There are many qualified specialists in the process agent and transportation industry that take pride in their work, and alot of them, although competitors, communicate with each other in business. AND STILL MANAGE TO FIND THEIR DESKS FULL. "Greed is a very obvious characteristic"(not sure who quoted it, but I expect a Cease & Desist) Please don't abuse the system.
